Cuviello is a dynamic, visionary leader and goal-oriented senior executive with demonstrated success in planning, developing, and implementing cutting edge information solutions to address mission-critical information and IT management. Experienced in joint application integration, project and resource management, cross-functional training and team building. Thirty-eight years of operational Cyber, C4 and IT experience including CIO and G6 leadership of the US Army’s 1.2 million-person organization and a $5.6 billion annual IT budget. Retired as Lieutenant General, US Army.

Joined Lockheed Martin in Sep 03, worked the combat support systems (CS-S) IT business area with the executive responsibility for developing CS-S area strategies and assisting in program development and oversight of new CS-S business opportunities in LM. Was the Program Executive for the Defence Information Infrastructure pursuit for the UK MOD from Oct 03 to Mar 04. Subsequently became the VP & Managing Director of LM’s Focused Logistics Enterprise through Apr 06. Was the VP Business Strategies with the Savi Group of LM which provided multi-modal, global supply chain and asset management information networks for government and commercial customers.

Joined BearingPoint in 2007 to design, develop and execute the establishment the Network Enabled Operational Support group and as its Managing Director was responsible for the opportunity lifecycle in the areas of Command and Control, Intelligence, Situational Awareness, Information Sharing and Assurance, and Cyber Operations.

In May of 2009 the business was acquired by Deloitte and Touché LLP and currently carrying out the same missions and functions in Deloitte Consulting LLP.
