Dale Jobes serves as the Vice President of Geospatial and Energy for Magnolia River, an Infrastructure and Geospatial company. Dale currently performs program management and business development for the Geospatial and Energy sectors for local, state, federal, and commercial companies. He is also heavily involved in the North Alabama Community through Mayor Battle’s Energy and Geospatial Huntsville Initiatives, the newly forming AL MAPPS organization, the CornerStone Initiative, and 100X Church. He has had the honor of working with Mayor Battle, the Chamber, and the many local leaders to help grow Energy and GEO from small groups to initiatives with over 250 companies, non-profits, government entities, universities, and utilities involved.
He attended UAHuntsville to earn a bachelor’s degree in Physics with a focus in Atmospheric Science & GIS. Dale then attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to earn a Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences and Engineering as well as a graduate GIS certificate. Dale is a native Huntsvillian that now resides in Madison, AL and has two children, Grayson and Porter, and is married to Kristen Lonergan Jobes.
